- Initial Conversation with ICA Recruiter (1st Interview)
- Internal conversations/feedback provided to hiring manager to down select/determine candidates to pull through for 2nd interview
- 2nd interview with department team
- Feedback/Discussion by team and advise on who will move to 3rd interview
- 3rd Interview w/ ICA Sr Leadership/Department Heads (1-2 employees)
- Top candidate(s) References provided and checked
- Feedback and final candidate(s) to meet with ICA HR Manager
- Offer extended
